Butter that enhances the flavor.
We craft our products with love and care. And, of course, we use only the finest ingredients and prioritize sustainability.
The Secret of Butter
Butter has a unique ability to bring out new flavors from other ingredients. This is possible because butter contains over 100 natural flavor compounds. And in our eight butter flavors, we add even more aromas. Béarnaise, Chimichurri, Truffle, Black Garlic, Roasted Garlic, Gremolata, and a classic Café de Paris are flavors that are growing in popularity in Swedish kitchens.

To go with the meat
Beef, poultry, or pork. Add a dollop of the whipped butter once the meat is cooked through, and let it melt slowly as the plate is carried to the table. Or add a dollop just before serving for amazing flavors.
For the fish
Whipped butter also pairs well with fish, whether you plan to grill, pan-fry, or poach it. For example, try adding a dollop of gremolata butter once the fish is ready. Let the notes of garlic and the tartness of the lemon zest delight you and your guests. Sauce? Overrated.
For the vegetables
The whipped butter enhances the flavor of all vegetables and root vegetables. Try the truffle butter with freshly cooked asparagus—you won’t be disappointed. Also try oven-roasted beets with Black Garlic butter—it’ll make your taste buds sing.
For the soup
A dollop of whipped butter—any kind will do—can transform even the most bland soup. Stir in a dollop at the end of cooking to give the soup a glossy finish and enhance its flavor.
For the pasta
The next time you make your favorite pasta, go the extra mile. Try this magic trick with whipped butter next time. Take 200 ml of pasta water and a tub of butter, then stir them together.
For the bread
Slice a really good sourdough loaf and spread a generous dollop of Black Garlic or gremolata butter on top. Bake at 200 degrees for 5–7 minutes. Enjoy.
It’s also delicious as a topping for your flatbread or pizza.
